Life happens. Your plan adjusts.
Log the meal you actually ate and the rest of your day calmly re-plans around it. You stay on track without doing the math — forgiveness, built in.
Most apps make you log everything, then hand back a number and the guilt. Mealner plans your meals around your goal — and when life happens, it quietly re-plans the rest of your day around what you actually ate.
Counting every calorie is a chore that ends in a total and a verdict. Mealner runs your nutrition in the background: tell it your goal and a few hard no's, and it builds a real day of meals that hits your targets. You barely touch it — that's the whole idea.

Answer three quick questions and connect Apple Health if you like. We build your first day of meals straight away.
Type or say what you ate — “two eggs and toast with butter” — scan a barcode, or snap a photo for an honest estimate. Under a minute, every time.
Pizza with friends, a long lunch, a glass of wine. Log it without a second thought. The meal you ate becomes a fixed point in your day.
Mealner re-plans the rest of your day around what you ate, so you still land on your goal. No catch-up math. No verdict.

We tell you how sure we are about each figure: measured, estimated, or our best read given the data. When something's an estimate, we say so — and a photo estimate is always a range, never an exact number.
Mealner isn't medically approved yet — our outputs are indications to check with your doctor or nutritionist.
Cooking for a partner, the kids, a houseful of different tastes? Mealner scales portions from a single plan and respects everyone's hard no's — allergens, intolerances, and diets like halal, kosher, vegetarian, vegan or pescatarian. We hide items flagged as containing what you avoid; always check the label, as we can't verify every ingredient.
Upload the plan your nutritionist gave you — PDF, photo, or text — and it becomes your active plan. It's read privately on our own infrastructure, never handed to an outside service.
We never sell your data — not even anonymised. Your information stays on Mealner's own infrastructure, never trains anything, and no human reads it unless you ask us to.
We're building Mealner patiently, and for the long term. Most apps are designed to keep you inside them. We measure success the other way round: the less time you spend with Mealner while still eating the way you meant to, the better it's working.
It starts as a wellness companion — clearly not medical advice — and it's built so that, in time and region by region, a carefully cleared clinical version can follow.
We're getting it right before we get it loud. Leave your email and we'll let you know when early access opens on iOS.
No spam, and we never sell your address. iOS first; Android to follow.
